Delivery & Vehicle Collection Policy

Effective Date: 4 August 2026

TT Transport JB SG offers vehicle delivery and collection services for customer convenience.

Delivery Area

Vehicle delivery and collection are available within Johor Bahru, Singapore (subject to arrangement), and selected surrounding areas.

Delivery Charges

  • Within 10 KM radius: RM10 per trip
  • Beyond 10 KM radius: RM1.50 per KM

After Hours Service

An additional RM15 per trip applies for deliveries or collections:

  • Before 8:00 AM
  • After 5:00 PM

Vehicle Collection Requirements

Customers must present:

  • Valid Identity Card (MyKad) or Passport
  • Valid Driving Licence
  • Business Card (if applicable)
  • Any supporting document required to verify residential or business address

Vehicle Inspection

Before accepting the vehicle, customers must inspect the vehicle carefully.

Any scratches, dents, missing accessories, or damage must be reported immediately to our staff before leaving.

Failure to report existing damage will result in the customer being responsible for any damage identified upon return.

Returning the Vehicle

Customers must return the vehicle at the agreed location and time.

If an extension is required, customers must contact TT Transport JB SG before the rental period expires.

Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional rental charges.

Late Return

Additional rental charges may apply for late returns in accordance with the rental agreement.

Service Availability

Vehicle delivery is subject to:

  • Vehicle availability
  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational requirements

TT Transport JB SG reserves the right to modify delivery schedules where necessary.
