Refund Policy

At TT Transport JB SG, we strive to provide reliable vehicle rental services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their booking by providing written notice.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to:
Please include your Booking Number in the email subject.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 14 days before pickup: Full refund.
- 7–14 days before pickup: 30% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- 2–7 days before pickup: 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: 80% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice (No Show): No refund will be provided.
Early Return
No refund will be given if the vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 working days using the original payment method whenever possible.
Security Deposit Refund
Where a security deposit has been collected, it will be refunded within 10–14 working days, provided:
- The vehicle is returned in good condition.
- No traffic summons remain outstanding.
- No additional charges or damages are identified.
Company Cancellation
If TT Transport JB SG is unable to provide the reserved vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive either:
- A replacement vehicle of similar category (subject to availability), or
- A full refund of all rental payments received.
TT Transport JB SG reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
